Do we know who those 3 judges be selected ? Their name and what's party (Dem or Rep) they lean to?
AS I know VRNG case 3 judges in CAFC , there were two judges Dem party, VRNG lost in appeal, and could not appeal to higher court. If WDDD not win at this CAFC, are there any chances to appeal to higher court?
I expecting it will turn over at CAFC, however we can't read judges mind, that's why I always say 50/50.
WDDD vs ATVI actually 11 years long, I got in buy WDDD right away, I believed and trusted the lawyer firm ( No fees), and we passed PTAB and CAFC, we were looking good in forwarding . Casper is trouble maker and corruption , she made case delayed many times and taking time to process, finally she got rid off and walked away.
