I was here for that one. I really am hoping for the sake of the longs here that this is the very last reverse split. I’m curious, how are revenue numbers these days? Better than expected in Q1? I am completely out of the loop. Got a heads up from a former shareholder that they pulled off a 2000:1, so that’s why I’m here.
As usual you were right. Thanks for helping me to see the light, the last go round. Smh, saved my ass in a big way. Jason is a piece of work alright. To think this all started with buying a toxic shell from that crook Alessi... Boy did I learn a lot the hard way… Jason didnt do his DD on the shell or the people selling the shell, IMO because he was in a big old hurry to go public. Haste made WASTE in a big way, he could have gotten so much further, faster with a clean shell from the get go… damned shame.
IMO, only massive revenues and debt reduction in a organic way can save Jason. Or massive revenues leading to a refinancing of debt under much better terms. It’s got to be done before the OS gets to 500mm the next go round. Food for thought.
FYI, I said that last time around. I said I would bail if the OS went above 350mm. Fortunately that happened fairly quickly and the handwriting was on the wall for me. I averaged down after the last reverse split and lost my ass. When I finally sold off my position and took my LOSS (@ a OS of 680mm or so) my very next stock I bought with the cash, INKW, @ .0011 went to .15. I shit you not. The albatross was off my neck and the Universe responded.
I’ve done very very well since then. Invested heavily in a couple tickers with net revenues, no debt, no dilution and low OS/floats, while swing trading other pump plays. I learned my BIG lesson here and I hope that others will too. I take no delight or satisfaction at the plight of shareholders here. I really hope that this is the last RS Jason ever does. I really really mean that.
