"Incumbent" doesn't mean what you think it means.

The dumping has been taking place for 4 months now, which was from the noteholders that would not agree to the $.003 amended floor conversion price. With 2,300,000,000 out and another 1,500,000,000 reserved for those conversions, Lori only has 200,000,000 shares left to in the coffers so she'll either need to reverse split or raise the AS again.

Since she is a greedy count, I suspect she'll reverse split. Either way, the noteholders stuck at .003 need to run this in the next month or their screwed.
