As every day passes by, the most critical point in your excellent summary of WHAT WE WILL HAVE is becoming escaping the wrath of the SEC as we continue to not get filings complete ,...once upon a time I did some of that kind of stuff and when I see these forever late companies there is seldom a good reason besides poor management or lack of $$. Which is it here I wonder. Or have I missed the real reason as the clock ticks on.
