I found this in the quarterly......


The two companies signed this agreement in anticipation of a merger, where the two entities will be combined, which
should be completed in 2021

So I'm assuming that the merger hadn't completed as of the date the quarterly was issued. Hopefully they will let shareholders know as soon as it does. I just don't trust these jokers anymore. GL
