Oh, I've heard of "Rule 144" before but NOT going to spend any more time trying to understand it. I just have the feeling (perhaps WRONGLY!) that people who received the dividends in 2017, but still can't trade them, MIGHT have a legal claim. (But, on the hand hand, maybe not. Personally, I'm not going to bother.)
