NO DILUTION FROM ME....I still currently control 27,106,879 common shares of our Company.

As of today, the ACCR CORP does only have common stock, and the AS is currently 300,000,000 common shares. NO MORE!!!!!!!!

Let's all be CLEAR!!!! I will only approve DILUTION when needed, and only on a minimum monthly and on a WHEN NEEDED basis.

I can settle, and be an OFFICER again, like THE TREASURER or the CFO Guardian of ACCR SHARES. I am OK with some dilution done the RIGHT WAY! I can settle, if I meet and shake these peoples HANDS...and we RE-DO the contract with REAL SIGNATURES...NOTARIZED TOO.

Nah....they do NOT want me back....see even now, it's time for another dose of my BLUE PLACARD prescription narcotics...a high dose....and my neck is killing me in pain....maybe, today.....I take a sleeping pill too.....double dose....which is OK with my DOCTOR.
