They keep dropping the filings as reminders of the RS. I'm not sure why they would do it until they get more of the conversions out of the way. The $400K “Smea2z Note” note becomes eligible to convert in only 9 days.
Seems to me that they will convert the balance of the new authorized share count first. The weekly PRs have been on hold and they need more volume badly.
