The compounding is unattractive. It seems like closing the position same-day is the best move. I suppose if I believe the overall trend will be down over, let’s say, 20 sessions, it would be more advisable to ride it daily as opposed to overnighting. I feel pretty confident we are in for a summer slaughter, just tough to decide which specific issues to short as opposed to shorting a whole index. Longing some gold at the same time is a no-brainer....but the short side...decisions decisions..all part of the learning process
