When could a pr be expected? It was mentioned from Krisa that initially the merger information was planned for last week, but because of positive developments it had to be put off to this week.
So things should be close to complete, and it would be nice if the "finishing touches" were put on the pr over the weekend and we get a before the market opens announcement Monday.
