$APTY is suing $AAPL!!!

“Lawyers at McDermott Will & Emery on Friday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Apple to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by Ace Law and William W. Uchimoto Law on behalf of APT Systems and Snapt Games, contends that Apple stood by after a third party took control of Snapt's 'ThemeZone Live Wallpapers' gaming app and changed the bank account. The case is 2:21-cv-02121, APT Systems, Inc. et al v. Apple Inc.”
