LOL so much disinfo here, first everyone knows that NWGC was obtained by a legal Florida court ordered custody process. Second, yes, looks like Miller has some trouble for what the indictment says took place 2017 thru 2019. So, again nothing to do with NWGC legal custody.
Third, there were other things Miller was doing in that time like operating M€DH. The feds surely looked into that one too. Obviously Miller's actions have been sometimes legal and sometimes illegal and probably a lot of grey area in between. When it comes to this one, it went through court with shareholder approval so theres no hijack or anything illegal here.
