Some of us APES has got to be in a position of influence. They need to pressure SEC to do something about the Shenanigans going on in this dark pool. It is illegal if it is being manipulated for the Hedge Funds gains. Doesn't matter if the venue or tool is legal. It is their action that is illegal! I mean there must be something we can do. We all write the SEC individually or tell Congress to make changes so this kind of manipulation doesn't hurt the retailers.
