bwolfy2002,

I don't think it's worth arguing against someone that believes Cytodyn has no value. It doesn't take much research to see that Leronlimab has the potential to be a game changer in medicine. Unfortunately, we've had management that lack the knowledge to bring our molecule to Market, and monetize its value. I very hopeful for the CC on Monday. It's a positive that so far, we've had no weekend PR of results. Perhaps we get a Monday AM PR with good results. Or even better, pull a Vyera type of situation, and PR stunning LH result in the middle of the CC. Something strange is definitely going on with lack of info from LH, and I'm thinking "maybe" we get the positive news we're hoping for.

I think a lot of poor decisions have been made, which puts us in an unfortunate circumstance. Patterson, is a shady glory seeker, and although I trust his science, as a person to be CMO potentially, I don't trust that his intentions are good. He's in this to make as much money as possible, with the example of trying to force Cytodyn to buy IncellDx last year, wanting $350 million. Pretty ridiculous, and embarrassing to think his company is worth that amount and to think Cytodyn can handle that level of dilution. This also leads me to not trust "1 Finger Rosenbaum" either if that is who he thinks should be running our company or as CMO. This is a Golden Opportunity, to head hunt the best people, and if we're going for Patterson it's a wasted opportunity. His company takes a lot of dedication to run, and he'll be putting in 50% effort to run Cytodyn simultaneously. Bad idea

What I would be ok with is replacing the entire BOD, and making them an entirely independent board with no prior relationships to management. They can decide on keeping management as-is or replacing them. I would trust independence rather than Rosenbaum or Patterson. Patterson has done a lot of good, his research is sound, he just happens to have an ulterior motive that's basis is on money.

I guess Nader likes money too based on his bloated compensation, using Cytodyn as his personal bank account, and unjustly awarding himself millions of shares for Poor Performance. I think we've got a lose-lose situation here without an Independent BOD to ensure shareholders aren't screwed over, but I'll take the Devil (Nader), who I know is greedy enough to try and make our company a success without attempting a low buyout, then the person who's tries to appear as a Saint (Patterson) who I don't trust to be involved in our business.

2 Fingers for CytoDyn SP and 1 Finger for Rosenbaum
