I assume that if Alois was told that we could expect filings last week, he was telling us that in good faith,

and not just lying to us!

Obviously there is a problem somewhere with getting the filings out, maybe their accountant that they chose

has a lot on their plate right now and couldn’t get it done last week …

We know they have to get this done before the end of September …. and if I was Alois, I would just say:

they are working on it, and they will be out shortly, rather than getting shareholders hopes up, about

filings showing up last week, or the week before that …

I just don’t expect us to see any significant news from the company till filings are out.

And I don’t expect the share price to go up, till investors can see the revenues that the company made

in the last 2 quarters … the latest quarter should be interesting …
