My impression as a shareholder of PRED is that it is very demanding to go from the grey market to the pink sheets. I have repeatedly come across the assertion that very few companies come back from the grey market to a higher tier. Fore these reasons it would not make much sense for SPZI to get back to the pink sheets if the plan was nothing more than to get the shares traded again. What that plan is the market does not know. Based on the recent tweet there seems to be a good chance that we may get some insight into the plans at the end of June. What would be coming together if it was not related to these plans?
