Now the heat is on Recommerce coming from Sanguine. What, better to Merge and get money from the Merger via the sale of stock. If Recommerce does not merge, then if they lose the suit they could get hit with a big bill and find themselves in a worse negotiating position if the try another merger. Zimbler you are now in the driver's seat. Just my opinion. Also, unless there is something I don't know Merger will continue.
