You think we're ever going to the Nasdaq or you think Nasrat is foolin' us

The CEO constantly complains (erroneously) about ELTPs share manipulation on the OTC.

The CEO recently stated hes waiting for fundamentals (lol)

However, Elite meets all the qualifications of NASDAQ except share price.

The CEO/CFO boast about the strongest financial condition ever

A NASDAQ listing would require a R/S which I dont believe would be such a bad thing under the circumstances. The listing would add some credibility and prestige as compared to the OTC. The listing would open the door to reach investors otherwise unwilling/unable to purchase or invest in OTC stocks

So, why isnt the CEO pushing forward with a NASDAQ listing? Wheres the downside?
