My point here is anybody can write up a PRESS RELEASE and say whatever they want in it .. does it make it true or official for that matter ? Not necessarily…

However filing with the sec and writing up an 8k showing the details of an acquisition and transfer of ownership is legit because lying on that 8k form is a federal offence..

So NWGC should become Pink current soon and definitely should be releasing this information through an official 8k filing.

So if NWGC wants to be noticed as legit company and business they better get PINK current and start filing material events
