I'm still on the sidelines for various reasons.
First I need to do more DD. Second its still approximately 1.5y to go before A & B samples are qualified, with meaningful revenue to follow later on. Lots can happen in between and they do need to scale up things, which takes a lot of time and money before it yields lasting results.
It is very typical for tech companies to go through long extensive design, test and qualification periods, and although the SPAC & 'IPO' will bring in hundreds of million$ they might need to tap into the market again. But hey, most companies go that route so I'm not shocked either, just saying.
You can still make money in the post merger runup.
Just make sure you're out when the PIPE shares & Warrants hit ;)
Do you know what % ownership you have if you buy DCRC now?
