Thanks for your response, so now I will give my final opinion on what will happen with the 10Q, I feel the Merger will still be going on. Reason at this point there are too many positives for it not to go on. The legalization of Marijuana, the need for licensed where houses, the logistics that is required, the fact Recommerce will have an additional source to move goods, and the software to do it, is too much in favor of a Merger. Therefore, I believe we will get another shot at this Merger closing after Tuesday. Betting odds 65 in favor of a continued merger attempt, 35 against it happening,.
