SAFE Banking is the lowest hanging fruit of the three cannabis legalization bills, and it should sail through the Senate Banking Committee whenever Sherrod decides to schedule it for a vote, sending it thru to the Senate Floor
The timing of any vote on SAFE Banking on the Senate Floor is ultimately up to Chuck, so we’ll see what he decides to do
His MJ Legalization Bill is really overdue at this point, since he has repeatedly stated it would be introduced “in the early part of the year” and then “in a few weeks”
