That's the point. He changes his lies more often than women change their nail polish. In fact, Riehl the Rat never actually said it would close in June. He said it should be on the next report. Obviously, he wants all his victims to hang in there until he Reverse Splits. So, he makes murky & empty promises hinting at grandiose things, but, never, ever performing.

What Riehl really is saying is that he doesn't have anything legitimate to say because the deal is, and has been, dead. But, he isn't going to tell you that. By the time the next report is out (around July 31st,) and people see the deal did not go down, its likely trading will be halted because the Reverse Split will have been OKed by FINRA and trading halted while everything is sorted out.
