My theory is Volume negates manipulation.
Ticker symbol change and paloma pay should increase market cap and bring more awareness for $cyio.
Many look at $cyio historical chart, shell risk and their old business description at yahoo.
Real catalysts are helio-paloma-propy trio combination. New tickey symbol shall bring whole new perspective to $cyio.
As some one said in twitter, $cyio will be $gbox 2.0 !!
