The 6/30 date is going to be used as a deadline for document submittal to OTC. Now, will they enforce it, who knows. But at this point there are thousands of tickers that are on the clock.
Not sure I trust this one to make it out of purgatory, there's something deeper that's with this ticker. Perhaps the past use in a fraud scheme is something. I am pretty sure some of ole Sulja Bros & Co still have some shares tucked away in some accounts LOL!
I hope I'm wrong, but guess we'll see over the next 3 months!

The deadline is actually end of sept lol the June deadline is self imposed by otcm so we got some time y’all
