He claimed it was a horrible working environment where he was constantly harassed and got PTSD so he had to quit.

He then went on to work for another lab that 'stole' all his work and took the credit for it.

I'd be salty too, but I damn well would have done something about it rather than have my wife write letters to the community I was ostracized from make me feel better.
