The app will be the big game changer. People don't use computers as much anymore.
Also, just think...while someone is standing in line at the DMV...what are they doing? Looking at the phone. All info needs to be accessible by phone to be really successful.
Sure they could use the web browser on the phone but that is not as easy as using an app. I use the IHUB app to read these message boards. I rarely log into the website.
