What makes you think CBG products can not be sold in the USA? CBD products are. Actually CBG looks even more acceptable to the FDA than CBD

The way I understand this and this link supports my take. CBG is just as legal as CBD as long as you do not make health claims about it

It actually looks less pragmatic then CBD as stated in this article
