He/she seems to be basically asking if a new moderator can put their stuff at the top.
Admin has never mentioned that some sort of order could be followed, it has always been 'put new stuff on bottom, don't touch others stuff' for years.

Unless I'm misinterpreting your comment. As it stands, your instructions are conflicting what we've been told for years. As recently as a month ago I've had numerous issues of new mods coming on a board and changing and moving other peoples data around or deleting it all together.

Of course I'm referring to free stock boards, perhaps this isn't what you're referring to.
