We had court dates that created points along the way that people could focus on.
Now, it is an unspecified time period in front of us that has people nervous--- and some one who pounds this stock down each morning knows it.

For me, the assumptions about the company have not changed.
If right, make $
If wrong, well that will hurt some financially but I'll get over it.
