The longer GOOG drags this out the worse it will be for them.
If they think this will just go away, they're mistaken. And to Mac's point,
GOOG loses this suit and it opens everything else up like a big ole can of whoopass~! Maybe GOOG won't be so cavalier anymore when this sets the precedent for other companies suing GOOG.

Now that NetList business is more or less on the way up I could care less how long this takes. More time for me to accumulate more shares.
Make no mistake....... this will be a big one IMO. After ten years of abuse
Chuck is almost obligated to set a stern tone so that others will think twice before treading on this issue again.

Just my opinion.
