Meaning that: why would they cancel the 63 month contract.....I think its because they will be co-located with Hypur in AZ.

The interesting piece here is the building in AZ they rent, was done in 2018, the 63 month contract was done in 2019.

So initially BLPG must have been designed to grow by state, but at some point a debate must have been initiated, and then the Ohio contract cancelled.

Interesting that the last COE stepped down (removed) during this same time frame.
