The June - August time frame is the 3rd quarter for TDS. This is when they say they will complete their merger. A split of some kind will happen and shareholders will receive 100 million post split shares.

Just be aware that WE are not regarded as "shareholders" by TDS. Their "shareholders" are the ones who bought into TDS when it was "private". Holders of shares in the CLHI shell are considered dust bunnies.
