If the debt was settled, Why was the QB denied? It stated the QB was denied due to outstanding debt?

In the last fins, still shows Debt NOT paid.

Then If and what you say is correct and the 197 MILLION shares did cover the debt. What is going to cover the debt they have Now to get rid of by Sept? It won't be there Revenue. The revs have been declining for 2 qrts in a row. Could be three after fins come out.

With increasing expenses and decreasing revenue.. Not a math guy, but that doesnt add up..
