No, it makes perfect sense. Investors have been reporting MINE to the SEC and having conversations with SEC agents since at least 2014.

This "company" has been on the SEC's radar for a decade, they never stepped in while Vanis was running the show, but that clown Julius Jenge was sloppy, inept, and his lies were just too big to go unnoticed.

Minerco is done, and this is cause for a celebration.
