That's the thing though, markets are not rational. Bullish news came out yesterday concerning the free/discounted shares for RSHN holders and we had a sell-off?

I hope and expect for there to be some safeguard in place for Helios' sake (knowing Sweat's great performance so far, to boot). I have no idea what will happen, but chances are that many will take profits immediately upon receiving Helios' discounted/free shares.
