The self offering is definitely the best tool for QNTA to raise capital for expansion. While this will likely reflect negatively on the pps short term it will actually be a huge benefit for QNTA long term. Im going shed a few more tears looking at my position drawing more blood but I am one bit concerned about whats to come and where we headed. Anyone who is business minded or owns a business understands why QNTA is doing this. My business has credit business lines and its no different. ....$QNTA
