There's no scotch with "levit" in the name. Glenlivet, maybe. Since WWII, single malts are more readily available and have been enjoying a huge surge in popularity. We're moving back to the drinking habits of our grandparents. :)
I rotate between Macallan, Dalmore, Highland Park, Laphroaig, Talisker, Glenkinchie, Lagavulin, Balvenie, Oban, Dalwhinnie, Cragganmore and Glennmorangie. Right now, I'm stuck on the Scapa 14 and the Ardbeg 10. Both are great with two rocks or neat. Winter is drinking season. Sample them if you can. They'll knock your tartan socks off.
