Question is why set offering price @ 0.05$ & not much higher? Are they not confident to obtain IND FDA approval?

Uh - by the time one sees the filing they MADE THE OFFERING (street pitched it and made sure it was "sold") a while ago and "street sold it" to insure they had to the funds for things like a MASSIVE PRODUCT LAUNCH WITH TONY HAWK like YESTERDAY !

FOR ALL WE KNOW - it's TONY HAWK Inc who is BUYING THE OFFERING - he has that kind of coin EASILY :)


Would I buy a house if a dude told me hey, "Just pay me $900K today cause I know a new development is going in down the road and your price will go up" LOL ???

OR do I pay the MARKET PRICE of say $700K right now as an "investment" ?

NO ONE "knows" how/when/why the FDA or ANY federal agency does what they do and on what time-line and that is X 1,000 in COVID TIMES which we're still very much in and half the FEDS are working from home and their already slow pace has ground to a near halt - so "betting" on the FDA for some sure thing time-line is like craps in Vegas.

I believe 100% QNTA aka MedoLife Rx will BAG n TAG THE FDA - but "when" is not cast in stone.

MEANWHILE back at the ranch - they ARE MOVING AT LIGHT SPEED to launch their consumer brands and BUILD A RAPID GROWTH REVENUE BASE to propel them to being a "real company" and then can SELF FUND their "cancer products" which is where the MEGA MONEY IS AT !!

ALL THEY NEED is to get this to $20 or $30 million in annual sales and HELLO NASDAQ and then a "SCORPION FARM ALTERNATIVE CANCER TREATMENT" to the masses of Latin America and Asia and Eastern Europe alone drives them to a $100 million sales company w/o even breaking a sweat and they are now "players" in a whole new ball game.

This is ALL NEW Sr MGT and a BRAND NEW COMPANY - ZERO to due with what used to be past tense "QNTA" - not a damn thing any more !!

THEY HAVE A PLAN - and it's clear as day they are EXECUTING RAPIDLY on that plan - and they need some bridge capital to get that off the ground and GET THEIR NAME CHANGED and a NEW TICKER and start serious sales - which the KICK OFF was yesterday and the kicker is named TONY HAWK :)
