Me and the guys have been going through the disclosures and the only thing that changed that we can see is that they added a control person to a company called Blue Ridge on page 10. It is literally the only thing I can find. If this is the reason that OTC held this up, it is total BS.

Now they will need a new opinion letter with new post dates. This must be costing a fortune but more importantly it cost the company a week. I bet ceo is pissed. I will be speaking with him in a few minutes and will ask.
