Reached out to CEO this is what he said about the selling...

"Aaron, thanks for your inquiry. I understand the concern. We just switched to a new TA because Vstock was of no help. Through the new TA, Issuers Direct, we were able to determine that there was a conversion done in 2017 for about 200mm shares. Obviously we couldn't determine that from 2014 filings.
None the less based on watching the float activity we believe there are no more than 20mm more shares left. There are no other converted shares after that.
I don't like to often comment on daily trade activity but in this case, again, I understand. I'm confident this issue will be behind us soon. An unforseen bump in the road.
We're going to do our best to build value here and I believe patience will pay off.
