It just dawned on me, that they must have just posted those disclosures. I literally checked them around 8:30. There were no new amended filings and definitely not from today. What time did they notify the company that these guys are doing shit at night? They are putting this company through the ringer. Maybe it actually is because they were behind and they dropped 30 months of files on them? Who knows.

I called and requested to speak with CEO earlier and I have a scheduled call with him in the morning. I will ask and see what he says. I will let everyone know what I find out.
