Just a follow up to that patent "IN THE NAME OF BIOAMBER" as of June 11, 2021. Not sure if anyone read the 8 pages but it's pretty important and explains why Cargill is transferring patents back to Bioamber SAS. Cargill's claim is that they own the Bioamber Improvements made on the strain. The important part here is that Bioamber is claiming an inventive step. Why so? Because an inventive step is no longer an improvement but a completely new item; meaning it would separate from the Cargill strain and become its own invention and patent. Bioamber would no longer owe royalties to Cargill which is huge. Perhaps this is the strain that is mentioned in the excerpts regarding KERP (currently unavailable on the Monitor's website). If there are any patent attorneys out there please chime in LOL!!!

Cordially yours,
