Its 30 months of filings all at once. SEC Rule change, OTC changing disclosure format, OTC vacation BS and YES, somewhere there is some serious incompetence. Obviously OTC came back with comments AGAIN! I would love to hear why OTC came back with "new" comments about something they obviously missed in the first and second round of comments after they switched compliance guys on them because one went on vacation! WTF?

I am going to stay positive and see the bright side. At least its getting handled right?
