Koog, She cannot remember anything. I went to Church and we prayed every day. She held my hand every morning at Church 8:30 25 minute service.

I was there for 4 days. She wore the same outfit Monday-Thursday, and her husband of 18 years post my Father's death says that her Mind is Gone! He will stay for a while. His life too has been hit hard. She bursts out screaming mad sometimes. We went to the most expensive restaurant Beachcomber...and at dinner she was a FRIGHTENED ZOMBIE....I cried on Tuesday in Sadness.

She gets around her house...but she is fading fast...the deterioration in her health is evident.

She is very frail...under 90 pounds....She is all I have for my Family.

I don't speak to my kid brother, and I have 2 younger sisters, no HUGS either and no speaking since 2015. My family decay and non speaking is a result of their hatred towards me.

6 YEARS NOW.....

I am the outcast of the FAMILY...The one that lost all the FAMILY money....from gambling, and drinking, and just out of control FATHER.....

No MORE!!! Time for me to offer them a SETTLEMENT ... that is equitable. The only reason why in PRINCIPLE that I agreed to these terms was because he promised me a $100,000,000 usd merger, and he also told me that "I already spoke to my China friends...the merger is READY TO GO...."

Well, where is it? I never would have sold on a premise of DILUTION PRIOR TO MARCH 2022...Robert, we spoke of this on the telephone. And maybe they don't remember,,,,and STEVE forgets alot....I had to remind him to pay attention several times during our LONG MULTI DAY WEEK MOMNTH negotiations.....and I sent him a $2,500 retainer.

ACCR is my COMPANY.....and MY BABY. Robert said that like 50 times....."Patrick, ACCR is your Baby!" Time to settle, and I believe the JUDGE will be pleased with a settlement.

Robert---------------------> Let's settle down....and redo all the contracts written with proper ENDORSEMENT/SIGNATURE embeded in our negotiated principles over the telephone. You promised me something, and I promised you somthing.

Listen to me....ROBERT.....listen to Patrick, ACCR is the best OTC Company....and if we settle and file a FORM 10 with the SEC....then ACCR will get PINK CURRENT. Let's bypass OTC MARKETS ......OK?
