Fidelity requires you understand the risks of penny stocks before you can trade, you have to call to enable OTC trading.

If Fidelity knows about OTC stocks before the OTC indicates Pink Current, then that’s a great indicator to trade other stocks the day before they become current.

Of course that indicator won’t last long when brokers will not allow trading after the new SEC rules takes place on September 28th.
