Do you know if the output of these machines are EPA certified the way that PCTL's are. I don't doubt that they may make a quality product, but in that they're sold, not leased, I don't know that the seller has any obligation to maintain the quality of what they're producing.

If the HOCL is intended for self consumption, no problem, but if they're looking to resell the product, I could see problems there.
