Because there are over 1.1 BILLION (With a B) shares outstanding. The last time this moved to over .15 (when Vystar IR & the company) were promoting a share buyback but instead dumped 600M shares on the market.
The company is toast. Greg's piggy bank is running dry while he lives his lavish California Desert & Beach lifestyle.
Look for Daddy Rotman to start selling shares again to raise money for "RXAIR"... again. (oh & for it to be spun as a positive, again). Why would he do this? Good question!
