I have seen this happen to various 'tiny float' companies lately- esp bios- The only thing I can figure is it gets pumped very vigourously, like 100%$ in the Pre-market for example- then a quick drop and then bleed for weeks or months as the shorts get covered by the scum running the PnD-I don't know if I am right but it is not much fun to be a part of if you thought the small float was going to let you
