It was his company before it became Enzolytics and he stayed on a while after. He was part of the formation. He also retained rights to the patent used by Cannaworx to make Immunazin.

So basically he facilitated a reverse merger and took IP with him when he left. He is looking to do the same here, facilitate an RM, likely Availa Bio, and take the IP, G3PL platform, with him to a new public company via a spin-off.
